BEScM (geology) – Andrew has over 14 years of experience in mining, exploration and resource estimation. His extensive practical experience includes projects in copper, gold, coal, cobalt, silver, PGEs, lithium, zinc, chromite and tungsten in both open pit and underground mining. Andrew’s background is focused on developing the true value of an orebody via sound orebody knowledge exploration and evaluation.
Andrew’s experience through the mining project cycle includes early stage target generation, green and brownfields exploration, project studies, development execution, mining, reconciliation, and closure planning. His exploration experience includes all facets of mineral and coal exploration and has provided a strong basis for project evaluation.
Andrew is a proficient user of Leapfrog, Minescape, Surpac, and ESRI ArcGIS & QGIS and is quickly adaptive to new software packages. His dedication and excellent technical and communication skills make him a valuable asset for a broad range of projects.
Christian Sharpe – Operational Readiness Specialist
Christian has 40 years’ experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, exploration, including 10 years’ experience in business and finance, people and asset management, legislative compliance, Policy, Procedures and systems implementation. Proficiencies in Metalliferous Mining methodologies, Mining & Geotechnical Engineering, CAPEX & OPEX Projects and budgets. Miriela MaríaUlloa Santana – Senior Geologist — Mineralogy & Petrology
MSc – Geologist, graduated in 1998 from the University of Pinar del Río, and with a master’s degree in the field of mineralogy and petrology from the University of Brasília (2004). I have experience in geological mapping, metallogeny, hydrothermalism, petrography, fluid inclusions, electron microprobe, stable isotopes, as well as in the survey and processing of information related to mineral deposits using GIS, database management, 3D modelling, team leadership and project management.
Dickson Wachira – Senior Mining Engineer & Research Specialist
MSc Mining Engineering and a PHD Student, Dickson has a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in mining, energy, and research. Highly experienced in mining engineering, consulting, Cost Estimation, Environmental Engineering in Mining and advanced research, with a diverse skill set that includes, teaching, technical assistance, and project management. With a solid foundation in Geology, Ahmad brings a unique perspective and valuable insight to the Mine Masters geological field of science and with advanced technology skills such as MATLAB, Micro-mine, Excel, Microsoft Office 360 proficiency, ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS, SARA, software programming, and remote sensing.
